Recipe
— ingredients—
1/2 cup medjool dates
1/4 cup hot water
1/4 cup cacao powder
1 cup seed cycling blend
2 eggs
Dark chocolate
Raspberries
— instructions —
1. Preheat oven to 350 F
2. In a large bowl — Remove the pits rom the dates, then pour the hot water and soak them for five minutes
3. Add cacao powder, seed cycling blend, and eggs to a bowl. Add that all to a blender and mix on high speed until batter forms.
4. Spray a brownie pan, then add batter
5. In a separate bowl — mash a handful of raspberries, then swirl into the brownies
6. Bake for 25-30 mins until golden, while the brownies are baking — Melt chocolate
7. In a bowl, add chocolate chips with 1 tsp oil , microwave for 20 seconds
8. Drizzle over brownies, top with flaky salt, and enjoy being PMS free!(;
